Our Reformer I classes are a wonderful place for those new to the practice and looking to learn the fundamentals and the equipment. Reformer pilates focuses on lengthening, strengthening, stability and flexibility. Through slow and controlled movements with added resistance that focus on strengthening the core, each class will increase your body awareness and leave you feeling more aligned and centered!

This dynamic class is designed for those who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to elevate their practice. Building upon the foundations established in Reformer I, this class offers a more challenging and dynamic experience. You'll delve deeper into advanced techniques, variations, and sequences, pushing your limits and expanding your repertoire. The precision-focused nature ensures that every movement is purposeful, promoting proper alignment and engagement.

The Mat Method
This heated mat class emphasizes deep core activation through slow, controlled movements designed to lengthen and strengthen the entire body. With a focus on alignment, breath, and mindful engagement. This class will leave you feeling both grounded and elevated—taller, stronger, and more connected from the inside out.

Strength & Sculpt
This non-heated, mat-based class blends functional strength training with intentional, form-focused movement. Using a variety of props—you’ll target major muscle groups with low-impact exercises designed to tone, sculpt, and build strength.
Expect a full-body burn, a steady beat, and mindful movement that leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and energized. This class is high-intensity.

Mommy & Me
A safe space where your baby can be a baby and you can fully embrace your role as a mom. In our 30 min classes, you’ll gently move your body in safe & nurturing movements for both you and baby. You may come for the Pilates, but you'll leave with your cup full and empowered on your motherhood journey. Children of all ages are welcome—just be sure to get your doctors clearance before joining!

Cadillac, Chair, Barrel

In Pilates, the Cadillac is a versatile apparatus that features a raised bed with a series of springs and bars, providing support for a wide range of exercises designed to enhance strength and flexibility. The Chair and Barrel are smaller, specialized tools: the Chair helps with balance and resistance training by incorporating a seat that can be compressed, while the Barrel aids in stretching and alignment with its curved, supportive shape.
